Knight Rider
This circuit was inspired by the tv series 'Knight Rider (1982)' the main ispiration was the Pontiac Firebird
Ever since people have seen it every hobbist has recreated this circuit. It works by outputing a 1Hz square wave from (you guessed it) the 555 timer, the signal feeds into the decade counter (4017) the outputs feed into a resistor network which limits the current an configures one LED to light on two pins.
Try not to kiil the ICs :)
