Four is the best number, but you can do this one with three or more. Also, the cast should speak in phony Japanese accents if they can.
The scene: An empty stage with four men standing on it in a line. The one in front, the Captain, is looking into an imaginary periscope.
Captain: Enemy sub! Fire torpedo number one!
The crewman standing behind the Captain turns behind him and says to the next man in line:
Crewman 1: Fire torpedo number one!
The second crewman turns to the one behind him.
Crewman 2: Fire torpedo number one!
The Missile man asks the Crewman 2
Missile man: How you do that?
Crewman 2: How you do that?
Crewman 1 How you do that?
Captain: Push the red button!
Crewman 1: Push the red button!
Crewman 2: Push the red button!
Missile man: Firing torpedo number one.
Crewman 2: Firing torpedo number one.
Crewman 1: Firing torpedo number one.
The Captain peers out of the periscope.
Captain: Oh, missed! Fire torpedo number two!
Crewman 1: Fire torpedo number two!
Crewman 2: Fire torpedo number two!
Missile man: How you do that?
Crewman 2: How you do that?
Crewman 1 How you do that?
Captain: Push the green button!
Crewman 1: Push the green button!
Crewman 2: Push the green button!
Missile man: Firing torpedo number two.
Crewman 2: Firing torpedo number two.
Crewman 1: Firing torpedo number two.
The Captain peers out of the periscope.
Captain: Oh, missed! Fire torpedo number three!
Crewman 1: Fire torpedo number three!
Crewman 2: Fire torpedo number three!
Missile man: How you do that?
Crewman 2: How you do that?
Crewman 1 How you do that?
Captain: Push the blue button!
Crewman 1: Push the blue button!
Crewman 2: Push the blue button!
Missile man: Firing torpedo number three.
Crewman 2: Firing torpedo number three.
Crewman 1: Firing torpedo number two.
The Captain peers out of the periscope.
Captain: Oh, Missed! Commit Hari-kari!
The Captain stabs himself in the stomach and falls over.
Crewman 1: Commit Hari-Kari!
Crewman 1 stabs himself in the stomach and falls over.
Crewman 2: Commit Hari-Kari!
Crewman 2 also stabs himslf and falls over.
