The Wanese Samurai are the normal footsoldiers of Wa-Daisho. They are trained in the use of melee weapons and in the use of modern energy weapons, making the same Deadly one two so commonly used in the RIFTS mercenary population. They are similar to their Japanese counterparts in their styles of fighting with swords, but beond this minor similarity, they are nothing like their Japanese counterparts.
