The technical officer is the technicians and system operatives in and around the Wa-Daisho Military. They are well trained, having the training courses conducted by several Lazlo Educators. They are more than a match to any CS Technician, as they are well versed in the technologies of Desert Star.

(Medical would have a Paramedic kit as standard equip, Technician would have a large portable tool kit in addition to his multi tool, ect., silver cross, 3 wooden stakes and a mallet. In addition to this they all are granted a Samurai License in Wa-Daisho which permits them to wear full armor and weaponary in any of the allied nations.
