Tas is a lovable, easy-going kender that has been friends with the companions for a long time. He was a vital character in the War of the Lance and amazingly survived it all! He became know as "Uncle Tas" to Palin (Caramon's youngest son)and died bravely by the hand of Chaos in Dragons of Summer Flame. He invented the kender spoon of turning!
