Steven Bowman

Ah, good ol' Steve Bowman.  A cop in my Maelstrom game.  This poor man

started out on a bad note and his whole life went sour, due to a few bad experiences

with a certain lunatic living in the city he forever had a burning hatred for "Bat Man".
