Project E!

Project E!  We all loved him.  Some more than others but at least he was interesting.

I made him for a Marvel game using the Ultimate Powers book (if you can get me a

copy I'll pay big money) he was randomly rolled, and it showed.   His story is that

he was created in government labs as an experiment in energy generation.   The

experiment failed, but the old scientist was too kindly to just destroy his creation

so he trained the Project from childhood to be a flag suited hero.   It was discovered that

the Project DID in fact have powers, He could absorb MASSIVE amounts of energy

and turn it into mass, stregnth, agility, and endurance.   Unfortuanatly, he could sometimes

overload himself and not be able to stop absorbing energy.  Armed with his "big book of

Super Hero Quotes and Deeds" he went forth to become a hero, but he failed the governments

enterance exam, so he went in search of an independant group.  He became a part of "Team Genesis"

which was run by Genisis, the Techno Genius and Borg, the Cyber Tactician.  This turned

out to be a bad idea as every time Project E went on an energy overload Genisis' gadgets

would go dead and so would Borg. Oh well.
