On Vader's Star Destroyer near the end of the movie, the rank insignia of the Imperial officers changes sides repeatedly.
When Vader amputates Luke's hand, a large piece of duct tape is hanging on the wall behind Luke. When the camera goes back to Luke after going to Vader, the tape is gone.
