Amanda and Samantha
found themselves together in...
of all places...a DISNEY STORE!...
but not like any they've been to before...

It was much bigger and had oodles and oodles
of dolls and stuffed animals on shelves and on the floor.
All was quiet and still as they gazed around at all
their favorite Disney characters....

"My God!...What is.....?"
"...SURPRISE!..."

The store came alive with frolicking
and dancing and all kinds of laughter.
"THEY'RE ALIVE!," the girls howled.

They could hardly believe their eyes
as a big POOH BEAR waddled over to them.
"Hello Amanda! Hello Samantha!"
"Hello Pooh! Is it really you?"

"Oh yes!..Indeed!..I am me and you are you
in case you didn't know...Hee Hee Hee!...I am
here to take you on your DREAM QUEST to a very
special place where special children go to discover
how special they really are...and that, my young
friends...you ARE indeed!

"Why thank you, Pooh" said Amanda.
"But what do you mean by special?"
"Yes, please Pooh" said Samantha.
"Tell us why we have been chosen
for this dream quest?"

"You'll see...You'll see!" smiled the merry bear.
"Now with one of your hands hold tight to my paws
and close your eyes...Now think of a bright shiny
star with Christmas tree lights strung in great
circles around it..."

The girls did as Pooh said and in a quick moment
felt themselves lifted and then with lightening speed
they traveled to a golden planet with rings of
shimmering rainbow colors.

"What a sight!" Amanda gasped.
"Where are we Pooh? asked Samantha.
"You'll see...You'll see." was all he
would say.

Then they heard the cheerful, pretty sound of flutes
and saw a beam of white light rise from a place on the
rings. It swirled and bobbed and danced to the music
as it made its way to Pooh and the girls.
When the beam reached them Pooh said,
"Step into the light and get ready for
for the ride of your life!"

Amanda and Samantha stepped in with Pooh
close behind and as soon they were all together
in the beam a great silvery slide appeared...
It traveled all the way down through the beam
to the place on the rings.

Pooh said, "It's OK...it's totally safe...
and there's a bed of cotton to land in at
the bottom. So sit down and enjoy the ride!"
