TZATZIKI (Yoghurt and Cucumber Salad)

  • 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed.
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1-2 tender cucumbers peeled and chopped finely
  • 3 cups of thick Yoghurt


    Combine garlic with salt and pepper in a bowl. Add oil and vinegar and blend. Add cucumber and yoghurt to the garlic mixture and mix very well. Serve with hot Pitta Bread.
