POTATO SALAD


  • 4-6 small potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 4-6 Sping Onions, chopped
  • Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper
  • lemon Juice



    Boil the potatoes in salted waterin their jackets until tender. Remove skins and cut into cubes, about 20 mm. Add onnions and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Add Oil and lemon juice, toss and serve.
