THE JMU MONUMENT

The monument stands proudly with guards to the right and the speed-car to the left.

Welcome! This is the heart of the LEGO City of Chris Fortier at Harrisonburg, where LEGO people of all types pay their respects to founding of the first LEGO City in 1985. The monument consists of two LEGO statues holding a long red-carpeted platform with the first silver brick to enter LEGO City of Chris Fortier premises. People can enter the monument in the front where the protrusion sticks out and ascend all the way to the yellow area up top to view the blue arrow, pointing to where 200 miles to the south-southeast, the first LEGO City stands. Inside, people can look at the museum of LEGO history, where artifacts from the first LEGO City of Chris Fortier are displayed.
