4-25-00 I'm as tired of this Elian Gonzalez story as the rest of you. The media, American people, and both the American and Cuban governments have blown this one case way out of proportion and turned him into something few people have been able to achieve - a martyr for both sides.

Remember this photo and write Janet Reno and President Clinton. Tell them that using armed military soldiers to take custody of a 6 year old boy is too much. Tell them that you don't want to live in a country where this happens. We're supposed to be the United States of America...not Castro's Cuba.
