Trip to Italy & Greece

My trip started with a British Airways flight aboard a 777 to England with a layover at Gadwick airport. Then on to Milan aboard a 737 (what a downgrade !).

Tower in Milan

This court yard is part of the castle Sforzesco of Milan. Just look at the medieval architecture and the reflective wadding pool.

Duomo Cathedral is set in front of a beautiful square full of street vendors. The church is an example of intricate Gothic style architecture.

After Milan it's a four hour ride on the autostrada (Italian Interstate) to the floating city of Venice.

Absorb the enchantment of Italy's floating city, built on 18 islands linked by canals and bridges. Ride on a Gondola that is guided by a real Italian who will talk on his cell phone and just ignore you, but anyway just take in the beautiful scenery.
