Created the investment program "Investment in the '90s" which has now been rewritten as "Depression-Proof Investing" and is in the process of being published on the Internet. Website is not yet complete. The investment plan covers a wholistic hospital or clinic, hi-tech organic agriculture, horticulture, aquaculture, animal husbandry, specialised schools, housing, water improvement systems and alternative energy systems

Instigated investment program in specialised grains and arranged imports of triticum spelta into Canada.

Wrote Business Plan and related documents for "Cafe Vienna" after 10 months research into coffee, beverages and the coffee-house industry.
