El - Hazard

I stubled across this anime at a local video store. It only had the first three OAV episodes, but once again Cory came to rescue and lent us the full OVA. I like the animation in it because the people look more like people than in Ranma 1/2 or Sailor Moon. Their eyes are smaller and less round, their noses and mouths are more pronounced, their hair is cooler, and the background is much more detailed. Compare the following:

The music is excellent and the story is pretty good, too (has a very touching end). My only complaint would be that there is too much nudity! I know japanimation is notorious for female nudity but it was just all over this one! Nevertheless, the nudity wasn't too hentai and I don't think it was intended as such.
