Triple H wasn't much of a wrestler in the past, he lanked attention from the croud, but once he hired Chyna as his bodygaurd that's when his career started to rise. The duo joined Shawn Michaels and formed the ever-so popular De-Generation X. I dont know about you but everywhere I go I see people giving the De-Generation X "slap" if you will. It's everywhere. The De-generation X changed the WWF historicaly. Triple H took over the De-Generation X after Shawn Michaels took time off due to his injuries.

After a rise in his popularity, Triple H went to being one of the most adored WWF superstars, to being one of the most hated after turning his back on De-Generation X and initiating an alliance with Shane McMahon. Triple H's career really took-off after he left De-Generation X. Even though the fans dont really like him that much, with his reputation in being a "prick", his career has been booming since. Now that's he's "married" to Stephanie McMahon, he has once again joined up with the De-Generation X.
