NWWA CHALLENGES FORM
Simply fill out the form then copy, paste, and email the challenges form completely filled to the [email protected] and the CEO and President will look over it and decide whether it will be signed or not for the card (more than likely it will be). MATCHES WILL NOT BE SIGNED IF THE MATCH HAS NOT BEEN ACCEPTED ORRRR IF THE CARD IS ALREADY FULL. If the card is full...then more than likely your match will be signed on the next event and if a wrestler has not accepted your challenge and has been dodging you for some time...then we will sign the match. If you challenge for a title and the champ is avoiding you and dodging you....then we will sign the match but it will be a NON-TITLE MATCH.
