Crystal is a new addition to the 1999 Maine Hurricanes roster. Playing along side the Hurricane's Katie Stailing as a freshman at Morse High School, she helped form one of the state's best frontcourts. In the mold of all other Hurricanes post players, she combines strength and athleticism to impact the game at both ends of the floor. Her strong rebounding skills and nose for the ball will help to start the vaunted Hurricanes fast break and earn the 'Canes numerous second chance shots on the offensive end. She has great hands and a soft touch, allowing her to finish strong in the paint.
