A severe cash flow problem of the negative kind is forcing me to sell my prized
1961 Oldsmobile Super 88 Holiday Hardtop Sedan
This car has only 60,000 original miles and is in very, very good condition. Exterior is clean with no dents or
body rust. The paint is thin and should be redone. There is a some surface rust on the rear bumper and
the fuel filler door however. All glass is there
with no breakage or cracks. Interior is excellent with the exception of the dash pad, which needs replacing.
Engine is the original 394 CID 4bbl carb putting out 325 horsepower. Engine is still nice and tight. Transmission is the 3-sp TH and works very well. Car runs and drives excellent.
Options on car include factory A/C (works, but leaks freon at the moment), remote trunk release, and swivel dome light.
With the sale of this car also comes the Oldsmobile factory repair manual, original owner's manual, and, if
you insist, a showroom sales brochure.
The above pictures and this ad are a bit old. The car has been sitting now for a few years and no longer looks as good as in those pictures. The orginal pictures and copy are kept here to show how good the car was only a few years ago. Please refer to the picture below for current condition. Neglect is a terrible thing to have happen to a car.
