Not all my relatives could own motorized bikes. My father had to settle for a self propelled bike, at least for awhile.

Note: Driver is William Tobler born 6 May 1919. Later in life he was in the Navy on board the USS Tennessee at attack on Pearl Harbor 7 Dec 1941; in 1998 he spends summers in northern MN and winters in AZ.
