My 1973 Superbeetle Convertible
This rust hole is located in the front of the right rear wheel well,
the panel between the door and wheel well was all body putty.
This hole was rusted through to the left rear wheel well
just behind the voltage regulator.
Look Ma, no floor pans!
The new floor pan has been welded in.
The heel boards under the back seat are ready to be welded.
The car had been hit in the left rear at some point in it's life.
I installed a new bumper mount and replaced the rear apron.
The new apron installed.

the new upholstery was installed.
