This is a picture of my car about a year after I had bought it. The car had 57,000 original miles on it back in 1987. It's hard to believe I almost sold it.  It's been painted 3 times, on it's 3rd engine and it has the original 5 speed transmission.

It know has over 191,000 miles on it and rebuilt from the ground up. I've done everything myself except for the paint, bodywork and seat upholstery. But it's never done!!

LEFT: This is what the engine compartment looked like after the 2nd paint job. Horrible! RIGHT: I decided to do thing right about a 1 1/2 ago. So I pulled the motor and the fun began. The car now has a 94 Mustang GT roller motor which had 9,000 original miles on it, Dynomax shorty headers, Holley 600CFM carb and the original T-5 with new Motorsport HD clutch. I rebuilt the stock rear with Motorsport dif. and 3.45 gears, Flaming River manual rack, Saleen Racecraft suspension package, 16" Centerline Scorpions wraped in Firestone Firehawks 245/50's
Firestone Firehawks. The car gets over 26 mpg which is good for those long drives to car audio shows.

The Nakamichi CD-45Z has exceptional sound quality at a great price. This head unit has a 20-bit D/A converter with 8-times oversampling digital filter and a signal-to-noise ratio of better that 95. It also has 4 volt outputs and a great remote control. I've had it for about 4 months and love everything about it!

The Rockford Fosgate Symmetry EPX2 with the optional E -14 card really needs no explanation as this piece is
AWESOME and is worth every penny. I should be getting the E-28 card shortly.

The Audio Control ESP 3 controls the center channel speaker and the RC41 components (soon to be JL 4" coaxials) that are in custom built kick panels. I mainly use this piece to control the volume level of my center

The Precision Power amplifiers I'm using are the PC 450 and PC 650. After using Soundstream for a couple of years these two pieces are very reliable and deliver great clean power. The Soundstream amps I had spent twice as much time at there repair facility then they did in my car. Sound familiar to anyone? Hehe.

The MB Quart MCD 51 2" dome tweeter has the sound I needed to handle the center channel duties.

The Boston Acoustic RC41's sit in custom built kick panels for great imaging. There are 2 sets of 6.4 Pro Series speakers that handle the mid bass duties. One set is in the doors and the other set is under the front seats. One set of the tweeters were placed in the stock dash location. The other set of tweeters are not used.

There are 2 JL Audio 10w0's in separate sealed 1 cubic foot enclosures. The bass is tight and well placed up front in the sound stage. In my opinion this is an excellent sound quality sub.
