1 red delicious apple, seeded and sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ cup caramel topping
1 Tablespoon peanuts
1 Tablespoon honey roasted peanuts
whipped topping
In small bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Cover with caramel and peanuts.
Lightly toss until coated. Top with whipped topping. Serves 1
