Pineapple-Strawberry Fruit Pops

PINEAPPLE-STRAWBERRY FRUIT POPS

6 paper bathroom drinking cups
1 can (8 ounce) pineapple chunks packed in juice,

drained and juice reserved

½ cup fresh or frozen dry-pack strawberries
1 cup pineapple juice
6 popsicle sticks

Place cups on cookie sheet. Combined pineapple chunks
in bowl of food processor. Cover; whirl just until chunky. Stir in
reserved pineapple juice and the 1 cup pineapple juice. Pour or
ladle fruit-juice mixture into cups. Place sheet of aluminum foil over
cups; press down lightly on foil so cup rims show. Make ¼ inch slits in
foil over center of each cup; insert popsicle stick in each. Place pops on
cookie sheet in freezer. Freeze until firm, 5 hours or overnight. To serve
remove foil and carefully peel off paper cups. Makes 6 pops
