Tropical Salad

TROPICAL SALAD

1 medium sized kiwifruit
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange sections
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup
1/4 cup shredded coconut

Peel kiwifruit; cut into 1/2 inch chunks. Drain mandarin orange sections.
In medium bowl, toss kiwifruit, mandarin orange sections, pineapple chunks
with their syrup, and shredded coconut. Serves 4
