      The Installation Dinner was a great success with 95 attendees.
RADM BROWN, MLC ATL was the guest of honor and gave us a speech full of
current events and plans for the future plus some good old humor. We
will welcome him back any time.

     Julie Heselton, the Club Caterer, prepared a delicious meal that
was very well received. As was evident by the noise level which dropped to 20 decibels. The price was right at $12.00 per ticket and we hope to stay within that range as long as possible. Makes it easier on every-
one's wallet.
PLEASE DON'T FORGET: A RESERVATION MADE IS A RESERVATION PAID.
We would hate to send the Collector to your house. 

     The outgoing officers: Bill Ambrose, Harry Huggins, Henry Domme, and Larry Leonardson were congratulated upon completing a very
successful year and were presented Certificates by the National President of the CWO & WO ASSOCIATION, Randy Cornell.
 

 

       The incoming officers for the 1999 season were sworn in by the
National President. They, President Harry Huggins, Vice President Will
Wathen, Treasurer Henry Domme, and Secretary Ed Ard, promised to give us a full calendar of events plus maintaining the family image.

The next meeting will be a Business Meeting and will be held at
Dennis Spaghetti & Steak House, 3356 Western Branch Blvd., Chesapeake, VA. on 18 Feb99. The Happy Hour will begin at 1800 hours and dinner (off the menu) 
will begin at 1900 hours. There will be an organizational meeting and
persons will be appointed to the requisite committees. Come and enjoy
the fellowship plus be in on the New Year's Slate Of Committee
assignments.

    1999 dues are payable now. If you haven't paid your dues please send
us a check in care of the P. O. Box above.
