Mr. David Coffelt is one of the Nation's experts on the subject of Long-Term Health Care Finances Options. Mr. Coffelt has been a certified instructor for Cape and Cape of NY, Inc., teaching and training LTC Insurance Planning to Insurance Agents for NY's & PA's Insurance Department's required Continuing Education Program. He has over 14 years experience addressing the problems, concerns, and solutions of financing long-term care to the elderly, and their families.

Dave has a personal endeavor to educate Seniors and their families on the importance of LTC financing with the personal experience he has had with his Mom. She suffered a massive stroke at the age of 57. Daves Mom passed away Memorial Day-1999 after being institutionalized for the previous 13 years.

Dave's primary goal is to educate and consult with Employers and Employees and their families on "How to protect their life savings from catastrophic illness and nursing homes." He explains firmly, and clearly, the misunderstandings of many of the complex issues of financing long-term care under our current "payer" system. He will outline in detail the strict regulations that must be met in order to qualify for Medicare and Medicaid. Mr. Coffelt with also outline all of the pertinent details and options available today with many of the best underwriters of LTC.

Mr. Coffelt has been on TV and radio, and has testified on the Pepper Commission Report. He has been a guest speaker at several Professional Organizations including The United Nations Retirees, Bar Associations, CPA Groups, Bank Trust Officers, Federal Retiree(NARFE)Chapters and State Conventions as well as many AARP Chapters. Dave has also been a lecturer to Church Groups, Labor Union, Civil and Senior Organizations, and has taught at several School Districts for their Adult Continuing Education Classes. With Mr. Coffelt's years of dedication providing educational programs to Senior Organizations, the WNY Alzheimer's Association has requested Dave to serve on their Speakers Bureau to offer his expertise on LTC Financing Options for the A.D. Members.

Dave has helped many families secure their retirement "nest eggs" with the proper funding of their future long-term care needs. As a Long-Term Care Insurance Broker, he is able to find the best possible rates through many of the carriers he represents.
