The People of this house are a Criminal Mastermind who makes $1100 and his wife who is a Actress and makes $900. 

Very open house that has a lot of the same things next to each other which makes it a little boring, but you can sell the items and get other stuff in there places. Not much of a yard though, but you can make the house smaller. 

Well that is my opinion on the Maximus house.
