Dear little Antony I have the pleasure of looking after you today. You are a very sick boy. When you were born you got into a bit of distress and swallowed a bit of meconium which has gone into your lungs. You have a tube in your throat which is attached to a breathing machine (an oscillator) which is doing your breathing for you....
