Seven Spinners [entry 1]:

One of the few machine civilizations to honorarily join O-2 Galactic society.  Members of the Seven Spin Clans mainly stay within high-density spiral arm areas, which are useless to both Oxygen and Hydrogen breathers.  The Uplift Institute has special arrangements for Uplift amongst Machine cultures.
 

Seven Spin Clans [entry 2]  A Clan of Self-Replicating Machine Sapients:

The Seven Spin Clans are a conglomerate of many "races" of autonomous machines.  They trade their products for colonies and limited political power in Oxygen Breathing culture.  Their favorite Oxygen Breathing business partners [unfortunately] seem to be the Soro.
