The F-Plan system is a short term planning module from the integrated control system for the machine-building manufacture. The core part of the module is the simulation system. The F-Plan system allows the user to define and modify production plan variants based on the order information model and available resources information. Plan modifications could be done according to the current production state. The planing variations could be achieved by varying the large set of information model parameters (resource model, orders model, etc.). During the creation of the short term planing assignment it is possible to use the predefined set of priority rules as well as extend the system by writing custom priority rules and plug them to the system. The F-Plan could be relatively easily integrated to the different production control system. F-Plan is a C++ based application developed for MS Windows operating system using ODBC technology to access the relational database. |
The main design of simualation algorithms and general system architecture for FPlan was done by Dr. Ing. Vladymyr Nechypurenko and Dr. Hubert K�rtge.
