Given that SatBet is still very new, there are not a lot of reviews about them available. We have barely been able to find proper sportsbook reviews about SatBet and no customer reviews either. It is therefore difficult to judge just how well they are holding up their promise of being a “friendly and honest online casino”.

They aim to appeal to younger players and promise a safe and secure gambling and betting environment, fast payouts and a great welcome bonus. But there are no reviews from real players available just yet.

This could mean that either all customers at SatBet are indeed happy here or there simply aren’t enough people who have discovered them yet and given them a try.

SatBet is registered and licensed in Curacao, which is not a great gambling or betting license, but it is better than nothing. We do like that they are working with some of the best casino game developers to supply games to their players, which is generally a good sign.

Naturally, as a betting site aimed at Indian customers, cricket is one of the top sports available at SatBet. You’ll be able to find odds at the betting exchange as well as plenty of betting options at their traditional sportsbook.

When we reviewed SatBet, we found cricket betting markets for the following events:

• Test Series International
• Super Smash (Men and Women)

Cricket events further in the future were not yet available, but we expect that they will be covered as well.

We were also impressed by the number of markets for some matches, which was considerable in some cases. For most matches we found 70+ markets, which is excellent. You’ll be able to find plenty of cricket betting at SatBet. And you can check out the betting exchange on top of the regular markets.

Cricket aside, the SatBet sportsbook had 13 other sports available to bet on, which include football, basketball, tennis, futsal, badminton, table tennis, volleyball, darts and a few more. League of Legends and Dota2 were also available as eSports to bet on.

Overall, the sportsbook is certainly a smaller one when it comes to the number of sports that are covered here. But the markets are usually still quite solid and offer plenty of variety. The odds seem to be fair, though not necessarily outstanding.

Of course, there is also plenty of live betting available. Indeed, most events that you can bet on here are live or coming up soon. Future events are not very well covered, which means you will have to check regularly for events that are further away.

Games and more

SatBet is not just a betting site but also an online casino and a live casino. You’ll be able to play slots from excellent providers such as Play’n GO, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick, Quickspin, Red Tiger and a handful smaller developers. It is an interesting library of games, which includes a lot of fun games but lacks jackpot slots. That’s the only real downside here, which is not unusual given that this casino only has a Curacao license. Most casinos operating with this license do not supply jackpot games.

The variety of live table games is vast and particularly geared towards customers from India. You will be able to choose among a selection of Andar Bahar games, play Teen Pati here and even Worli Matka (a version of satta matka). There are well over a hundred live tables available here, which is impressive considering that SatBet is still quite new and a smaller online gambling site.

Bonuses and promotions

SatBet offers a casino welcome bonus and a sports welcome bonus, both to the tune of INR 10,000. If you claim the sports bonus, you need to register an account at SatBet, verify your email and make a first deposit right away. Your deposit is matched up to INR 10,000. Your bonus is then valid for 10 days and must be wagered 5x on sports bets, though the bonus conditions do not mention whether there are minimum odds that apply.

Unfortunately, there is a cap on maximum withdrawable winnings from this bonus, which means in this case that you can withdraw a maximum of INR 10,000 if you claimed the full bonus and managed to complete the wagering.

The casino welcome bonus offers up 50% on your first deposit and also up to INR 10,000 extra. This bonus is valid for 10 days as well and you must wager it 10x at the casino before you can withdraw a maximum of INR 10,000 from any winnings.

The bonus conditions are somewhat unusual, but even given the limitations they may still be worth your consideration as the wagering requirement is not as bad as we have seen elsewhere.

Beyond these two welcome offers, SatBet has currently no other promotions running and there is no loyalty or VIP program either.

SatBet does not supply a separate banking page, but at the bottom of the homepage available payment methods are shown with their logos. You’ll be able to use a variety of convenient banking options to make deposits and withdrawals, which include:

Of course, the main currency that is accepted here are Indian rupees, though customers from other parts of the world will also be able to make deposits and withdrawals in different currencies.

Since there is no separate banking page, we don’t know the deposit and withdrawal limits, though you will likely be able to see them when you visit the cashier after logging in.

The terms and conditions also don’t offer further information about banking at SatBet and there is no FAQ section either, which is somewhat unhelpful. As such, you are likely going to have to send an email to customer support or ask the live chat.

Support

If you end up having to contact the customer service team, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the ‘Contact Us’ link, where you can complete a web form or follow the social media links. There is also an email supplied, which you can use to contact the team.

Of course, the easiest and most convenient option is the live chat, which is available via a black and yellow speech bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Just enter your question to start the chat and someone will be with you shortly.

Unfortunately, we don’t know what the availability of the customer service team is, though it is not 24/7. We were unable to find the opening times on the homepage and considering that there is no help or FAQ section, you will most likely speak to them at some point.

Software

When you visit SatBet you get the impression that they have not quite found their identity yet. The layout is simple, and navigation is therefore uncomplicated. The colour scheme is black and yellow with a mostly white background. The landing page offers a huge banner that rolls quickly through upcoming events and highlights, which is somewhat irritating to the eye.

Below that, another banner of most-played games slowly rolls across the screen. Further highlighted games follow. The quality of the graphics are hardly impressive, though the site does what it needs to do and is at least functional.

The betting exchange is not accessible unless you login to your account. Instead, you will simply see a large screenshot of what the exchange looks like when you enter it.

The sportsbook is also quite simple in design and easy to use, which is nice for casual and new punters. Overall, however, the quality is just not that great, though it isn’t awful either.

You will be able to access SatBet from your mobile device, which is good, though the design is virtually the same with only a few differences to accommodate for the smaller screen. The mobile page has the same shortcomings as the desktop page, though they bother us a little less here due to the smaller screen.

Summary

SatBet may still feel somewhat unfinished because this is still a very new sportsbook and online casino. As mentioned in the beginning, there are not many reviews available about them just yet, so it is difficult to offer a final verdict just yet.

They do offer some solid cricket betting, great slots and a vast library of live casino games. Their welcome offers are worth your consideration despite their limitations and the site is overall quite easy to use.

We would like to see further information on the homepage, including a proper help or FAQ section and the terms and conditions could be more detailed as well. It all just seems a little overly simple and doesn’t offer a full picture for potential new customers.
