Thurston Braces | ||||||||||||||
Herewith a few images of classic gut-end braces by Albert Thurston, in red boxcloth, possibly dating back to the 1960s. This type of braces are no longer made, the catgut portions having been replaced by versions covered in white leather. This is often accompanied by a slightly different back treatment, still with a trapezoid strap, but based on a d-ring. | ||||||||||||||
