Whistler 2223 themes

To run most of these .thx themes, you will need to replace themes.inc in system32 with a version from here: https://blog.airesoft.co.uk/code/whistler/2223

To load them you must use uxthemes.exe from said page and replace C:\WINNT\system32\business.thx with the custom theme
