HIST's policy is to allow the members of the Institute to put their own opinions and beliefs onto CommCore, and so the University administration cannot be held responsible for all the contents of its files.
These pages support Biohazard Games' Blue Planet RPG. HIST is a university on the planet Poseidon, which orbits Lambda Serpentis. Blue Planet is Hard Science Fiction, but for the purposes of these pages, I'd like to emphasise the fiction part.
The pages are all mostly divided into two parts by a bar, as this one is. Material above the rule is in character, and exists within the gameworld. Material below is rules and background information, and would not be available to player characters. There may be links in both sections, but most will be in the "in character" part. Oh, the motto means "To Clearly Discern the Truth", although it could also be translated "To Discern the Truth in Liquid".
