To a friend

 

For last so many years,

I have been sharing with you,

all my love, my emotions, my thoughts and feelings,

all my songs and dreams, and my deeds and dealings,

 

what I loved and what I hated,

I was never able to keep away from you,

you cared me more than yourself,

and always were there to show me,

what’s false and what’s  true.

 

you were always there,

to share my sorrows, to shares my tears,

to share my worries, to share my fears,

to save me from the heats of evils,

and when I was down to bring up the cheers.

 

you have done everything for me,

but for me it is all due,

it is proud and pleasure for me to say,

you are my friend and I love you.
