Linkware Agreement

If you use any software or other media distributed as "linkware" you
will maintain a prominent link on the page containing the linkware media
(such as a java-(TM of Sun) applet) to the originator (creator/holder)
of the linkware if applicable. If the linkware is not of a type to be
displayed (or contained) in a web document, then you will add a
prominent link to the linkware originator (creator/holder) to a public,
linked-to web document.

The linkware originator will make it clear where the required link
should point.
