Melbourne, Australia).
1996. Teaching Adults (City & Guilds Part 1, Morley College,
London).
1997. Teaching Adults Art for Special Needs (CITE, The City Literature
Instititute, London).
1996. Associate, Society of Fine Graphic Artists (London).
In Australia -
1976. Resident artistic co-ordinator, Moongoong Darwung Aboriginal
Council, Kununurra, Western Australia. Helen left Australia
for the UK in 1986 and returned in 2003.
2003. Returned to Australia. Work was featured in Australian 'Artists
Pallette' magazine, enititled 'A Shimmer in the Wild', and her methods were
explained in a demonstration article, 'The Colourful Squabble' (vol.
28, 2003, pp.8-14).
2004. Painting at Gold Coast Hinterland. Designed leaflets for the
Warwick Peace Festival 2005.
In New Zealand -
1977-80. Resident artist, Christchurch Arts Center.
In Britain -
1977-1978 - Studied painting at the Slade and with students of Cecil
Collins.
1998-2002 - Devised and taught a successful on-going art course at
Morley College entitled 'Find your own style in Drawing', and has
written an art course for disabled students.

- A Japanese article on Helen’s work was published in British Airways ‘Inflight’
journal and work was subsequently held at the New Academy Gallery, London.

Prizes
1998 - Prize winner, Swan-Stabilo Europe-wide competition, "Draw a winter scene".
1999 - Prize winner, Winsor and Newton Europe-wide competition, " What Dreams May Come"
(based on the film starring Robin Williams)
2001 - Prize winner, Wildlife competition, ‘PAWS 2001’ and work displayed at the
‘Artist and Illustrators Fair’ (Olympia, London) - the biggestart fair in Europe.
2002 - Prize winner, Artist & Illustrator’s Magazine, “Paint a Garden”, exhibited
at the ‘Artist and Illustrators Fair’ (Islington Business Centre, London).
