Wattle Tree Weeping at Skull Creek 2
This is the second, larger image in the series on the weeping wattle
tree at Skull
Creek - commomorating a massacre there as told to me by my father,
who
was a cattle drover (a 'cowboy' in American terminology) in the
mountains of the Great Dividing Range (including the Snowy River area)
on south-east of Australia, before the Second World War.
Oil on canvas (36 x 45 in approx).
