This two day playshop of exercises and explorations takes you behind the scenes of consciousness for a look at the blueprints by which you build your life. The journey results in an intimate connection with a deeper, more compassionate and aware, state of self. It contains enough information, demonstrations, and experiential exercises to acquaint you with the fundamentals of Avatar.
ReSurfacing is Experiential: There are word lessons describing exercises (intellectual, informative, or inspiring) and world lessons (experiences). It's something you encounter in life, and from it you emerge changed, more experienced, wiser.
ReSurfacing is a process, paralleling nature, of revealing yourself to yourself. The rewards are new insights and realizations about how your life works, or why it doesn't work. As you proceed, you will become aware of your own creative power. It will surprise and amaze you.

The techniques empower you to use the will to deliberately direct your attention toward activities that are aligned with your life goals.Harry Palmer, an educational psychologist, outlined a series of procedures in 1987. The materials have been translated into 15 languages and has spread across 65 countries.
