Because of past bad experiences, I can no longer reserve a kitten for anyone w/out a $50 non-refundable deposit in hand.  
Until that deposit is received, no kitten is considered "on hold" or "reserved".   PayPal (www.paypal.com) is very safe and easy to use, and makes taking Visa and Mastercard payments a convienance for both me and my customers.   It also records date and time of each deposit, so there's no confusion as to whom got theirs in first.

RESERVATIONS

If you would like to reserve a kitten, a
non-refundable deposit of $50** is required.
NO kitten will be considered reserved until a deposit is received!

Final payments will be accepted in the form of a
Money Order,
Cashiers Check, Western Union or PayPal
,with the total due being
received
and confirmed (if necessary) before the release of
the kitten to his or her new home.


HEALTH GUARANTEE / PURCHASE CONTRACT

All of our kittens come with a 100% health guarantee that your kitten is free of FIV FIP and FeLV.  We offer one of the best health guarantees available, and use an official health guarantee/contract issued by the Ragdoll Fanciers Club International (RFCI).  We also treat all kittens being shipped with a flea/tick/earmite product for protection from any other animals it may be in the shiping compartment with, to ensure that your kitten arrives to you clean and clear of any additional "travelers".


IF YOU SENT A DEPOSIT VIA PAY PAL, CHECK BACK WITH US TO CONFIRM DELIVERY!

If you sent a deposit, please e-mail or call us the same day (
602-439-5021)  to to confirm that we received it.   A deposit MUST be received before your name will be placed on our waiting list.   We will not call people back if they say over e-mail or the phone that they're sending a deposit and it never arrives.   It it YOUR responsibility to ensure the Deposit is received.  Any circumstances caused by the delay in the buyer submitting the deposit (ie: if the kitten is reserved by someone else) is not our fault.

PAYING THE REST OF THE BALENCE DUE

It is recommended that, if you would like to pay the rest of the purchase price due by personal check, that the full payment be received
no later than 3 weeks before pick-up or shipment.    After that time, only Cashiers Check, Money Order, Western Union, wire transfer (must be received no later than 3 days prior to shipment) or PayPal (accepted on the same day) will be accepted.

SHIPPING

If you kitten needs to be shipped to you, there is an additional charge for shipping (approx $145 total); Crate (approx $25), Health Cert. (approx $40) and if necessary a Cert. of Acclimation (approx $30).

Sometimes, during the winter months, severe weather conditions can suddenly occur which can delay the shipping of your kitten with no fault of you or I.   If, by chance, there are severe weather conditions which prevent the airline(s) from shipping your kitten at the agreed upon time, the next available date to ship will be reserved.  We are NOT responsible for any complications or delays that arise due to Airline shipping rules, decisions, and/or any weather conditions that prevent shipping.  If a complication arises with weather and/or the shipping carrier (the airline), and the shipping cannot take place on the date reserved, we will make all possible arrangements to get your kitten to you at the earliest date possible.

Also, sometimes if a direct flight isn't available, there may be unforseen delays on the second leg of the route which were unknown when the first flight took off.   Many times the Airlines will kennel the animal until the next available flight, with no extra charge.   If, by chance, there is an additional charge for kenneling, you (the buyer) are responsible for this fee.   Hint: Many times if you call and complain just a little that the delay was of no fault of your own, they will waive this fee.

Remember - the Airlines won't ship an animal unless they can guarantee the safety of it.   We agree whole heartedly with this and will do whatever necessary to get you your kitten, short of placing it in ________________________________________danger__________________________________________


* I have been in and out of the hospital (because of my back), this year alone, more times than I have in my entire life, and sometimes I'm not here or cannot sit at the computer (because of severe back pain) to answer my e-mail - sometime for days.   If you need to reach me, please call - it's the best way.   I'll call you, to let you know I'm here, but then you must call me back so the charges will be on your bill.   I apologize for this change, but I've nearly fainted when I've seen some phone bills where I was returning calls all over America.


** the $50 non-refundable deposit will ONLY be refunded if we took in more reservations than we have kittens, or the kitten died while still in our care.  There will be NO Exceptions.
