I first heard of Bestial
devastation's music in the Atlantida Compilation volume 22. A little later
I received their demo "Sores, Blood & Pus" and I still believe that
they are a vert brutal band with a true gore feeling. This is GrindGore
my friends. Let's see what the band told us...

Hi, Christine! We are Bestial Devastation:
an extreme grindgore band from Italy and we were born in the april 2002.
During this years “Sores, Blood & Pus” was been the most important
moment for the band.

YOUR FIRST DEMO TITLED "SORES, BLOOD & PUS". TELL US A FEW THINGS ABOUT
IT. WHERE WAS IT RECORDED? DID YOU HAVE THE HELP OF A PRODUCER? I THINK
THE PRODUCTION IS POOR ARE YOU SATISFIED BY THE FINAL RESULT? IF YOU HAD
THE CHANCE TO CHANGE SOMETHING, WHAT WOULD THAT BE?

“Sores, Blood & Pus” was recorded
at “MicioMaos Recording Studio” in Palena and we didn’t have any help by
any producer. We are quite satisfied of the final result because “Sores...”
was been our first work and we hadn’t any experience. We wouldn’t change
anything because it is a part of us and we accept it with all the defects
has it.
3.WHICH ARE YOUR PLANS FOR THE FUTURE?
DO YOU HAVE ANY NEW SONGS READY? CAN YOU GIVE US ANY INFO ON THIS SUBJECT?

We have a lot of new songs that will
go to be part of our first full-lenght, for Deadsun Records. These songs
sound very grind and the cd will call “Splatter Mania”. With this album,
that we hope go out the first possible, we inhale to acquire a certain
fame in the underground and play thicker and even also to the foreign countries.
4.YOUR ARTWORK IS DISGUSTING! WHY DO
YOU HAVE PHOTOS OF A SURGERY? DO YOU THINK THE GORE ARTWORK IS A MUST FOR
THE GRINDCORE BANDS? WHY DO YOU HAVE IN THE BOOKLET XRAYS OF BRAIN? IS
THER SOMETHING YOU WANT TO SUGGEST WITH THIS?

We’re really proud of our artwork.
We thinking that to have splatter covers is a “must” for the grindgore
bands. The photos of the operation are real and have been taken by the
same protagonist of the operation while the doctor removed him a grume
of blood (thank you THOR!). The x-rays don’t mean fuckin’ nothing for us,
we’ ve put it because we liked them.
5.YOUR LYRICS MUST BE GORE RIGHT? WHAT
INTRIGUES YOU IN WRITING SUCH LYRICS? WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO WRITE?

Yeah! The lyrics are fuckin’ gore!
We love scenes of blood, torture and mutilation and we will continue to
write lyrics of demential gore, because the other themes: social, romantic,
fantastic (look at the fuckin’ Power!) are shit for us!

VOLUME 22. WHAT DO YOU THINK A COMPILATION CAN OFFER TO A BAND? WHAT HAVE
YOU GAINED FROM THIS? DO YOU BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE STILL PEOPLE BUYING

We think that the compilations are
a good way to know the new bands in the underground. We are satisfied from
the Atlantida Vol. 22 compilation (thank you Ruslanas!) and we hope to
work with him in future! We don’t fuckin’ care how many cds we sell so...
7.DO YOU HAVE ANY PLANS FOR LIVE SHOWS?
WHAT SHOULD THE METALLERS EXPECT FROM A BESTIAL DEVASTATION LIVE SHOW?
DO YOU PLAY ANY COVER SONGS? IF YES, WHICH ONES?

Our live shows are real bestial. Each
metaller should come to see us live to understand what the word “extreme”
really means. We have stopped doing covers since we released “Sores, Blood
& Pus” however any times give to our fans many tributes to groups like
Carcass, Abscess, Machetazo, Death and Cannibal Corpse!
