1.WHAT HAPPENED TO ENSHADOWED FROM
THE RELEASE OF "MESSENGERS OF THE DARKEST DAWN" TILL NOW?
The “Messengers…” Line-Up changed.
Only Necro still plays in the band. We wrote more new songs, so we decided
to do this new black/death metal album, named “Intensity”.
2.MANY CHANGES IN YOUR LINE UP OCCURED
AND WE COULD SAY THAT WE ARE DEALING HERE WITH AN ALMOST DIFFERENT AND
NEW BAND. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN?
We changed our line-up many times
since 1998. This happened again last year. Some members wanted for their
personal reasons to do something else. Also Enshadowed still play brutal
black/death metal music. The changes didn’t stop us.
3.I THINK THAT THE ALBUM TITLE SPEAKS
FOR ITSLEF, HOWEVER, COULD YOU TELL US A FEW THINGS ABOUT "INTENSITY" (WHERE
WAS IT RECORDED, HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU, WHO WAS THE PRODUCER,
ETC). ARE YOU STILL SATISFIED WITH IT OR IS THERE ANYTHING YOU'D LIKE TO
CHANGE?
“Intensity” was recorded at Wave
Productions Studio during Autumn 2002. Kostas Kostopoulos and Diastropheus
mixed it. We are very satisfied with this second album.
4.WHICH ARE THE MAIN SIMILARITES AND
WHICH ARE THE MAIN DIFFERENCES BETWEEN "MESENGERS OF THE DARKEST
DAWN" AND "INTENSITY"?
“Messengers of the Darkest Dawn”
is an excellent Black Metal album and “Intensity” is an excellent Black/Death
Metal Album. They cannot be compared, they are different works. Also they
have a similarity: they are very brutal evil metal music. Only for true
evil metallers!!
5.ARE YOUR LYRICS ONCE AGAIN BLASPHEMOUS
AND ANTICHRISTIAN? WHY DO YOU WRITE ABOUT SUCH THINGS? WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SAY TO THE PEOPLE?
We are an anti-religious black
metal band. We write blasphemous lyrics because we don’t believe in the
religion metaphysical lies. Faith in God is sickness - Believe in you!
6.HAVE YOU DONE ANY LIVE SHOWS IN ORDER
TO SUPPORT "MESSENGERS OF THE DARKEST DAWN"? DO YOU REMEMBER ANY WEIRD
OR FUNNY INCIDENTS OCCURING TO YOU WHILST YOU WERE PERFORMING LIVE?
We did one live show in Athens
(“AN Club” - May 2002). I don’t remember weird or funny incidents.
7.WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO A FAN TO CONVINCE
HIM TO BUY YOUR RELEASE INSTEAD OF SOMETHING ELSE?
Support Enshadowed Hell named “Intensity”.
The true black and black/death metallers know! The weakness shall burn!
8.WHICH DO YOU THINK IS YOUR STRONGEST
POINT AND WHERE DO YOU BELIEVE YOU NEED FURTHER IMPROVEMENT?
“Intensity” is ultra dynamite!
We can promise our fans that we shall not stop this hell. The new
releases after “Intensity” shall be brutal as our first and second album.
9.NOWADAYS WE SEE MORE AND MORE BANDS
PLAYING EXTREME METAL. WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN? WHERE HAS THE MELODY GONE?
DON'T YOU THINK PEOPLE NEED MELODY OR NOT?
I don’t like every kind of extreme
music. I believe only in true black metal and the evil black/death metal
music. It is good to see more bands that play these music styles. This
happened because of the effort of some true black metallers during the
early ‘90s and the new evil metaller’s interest to be so dynamic like them.
The melody didn’t gone - it is transformed into hell.
10.WHICH IS THE WILDEST DREAM YOU WANT
TO MAKE TRUE THROUGH YOUR MUSIC?
The total death of religion.
11.WHICH IS MAN'S BIGGEST TEMPTATION?
There is no temptation, only human
fears.
