Q02. Triangles with 3 given sides

    Construction
    • 1. Draw line BC = side a
    • 2. Draw a circle with center at B and radius = c
    • 3. Draw a circle with center at C and radius = b
    • 4. Two circle meet at point A
    • 5. Join AB and AC
    • 6. Triangle ABC is the answer

Q03. Draw triangle with given 3 heights

    • Let 3 heights be h1, h2, h3 and area = m
    • Area = base*height/2
    • Hence p = m/h1, q = m/h2, r = m/h3
    • Since p, q, r are 3 given sides (h1, h2, h3, m are given)
    • Hence we can construct triangle PQR
    • Then we draw a similar triangle ABC with sides h1, h2, h3
