After the success of the hit barkada movie, "Trip" under Star Cinema, Onemig has just signed up with a 4-picture contract under Regal Films. With mostly teen-oriented flicks under his belt, he is now ready to embark on a new journey in his career as a sexy and mature actor. From the wholesome actor that he is now, Onemig is not afraid to change his image because all of this is part of his growing up as an artist.

Onemig first test drives his potential in the field on television, guesting on ABS-CBN shows like " Your Honor" as a macho dancer and being a semi-regular of "Attagirl" as one of the flings of "Joey" Andrea Del Rosario's character on the show. He plays the over excited lover who disappoints Joey in during their intimate moments. He also just came back from the US, fresh from filming a telesine to be shown in US, Canada, Australia and Asia and produced by JAG Entertainment, US based production outfit owned by Mr Joey and Alice Gonzales.

His being a sports minded person, an actor and businessmanat a young age made the Department of Education pick him as the right person to speak to the youth about being drug-free, giving importance to education, the family and getting into sports. Though he is to portray sexy roles he was still chosen as this year's Department of Education spokesperson for the youth because of his family background and his being an exemplary model for the youh.
