The Badminton Club Of Caledon is here to provide fun recreational badminton to adults, families and teens.
We want you to enjoy the sport of badminton, make new friends, get active and have lots of fun on the courts.
We play on six full size courts at St. Marguerite d'Youville Secondary School and nine full size courts at Robert F Hall Catholic Secondary School. Nylon shuttles are provided. The priority is given to doubles play unless there are empty courts available.
We encourage all members to participate in games above and below their skill level. The club does not rank players or use the tier system as we believe this will improve the overall strength and team spirit. Our goal is to promote a friendly environment and encourage members to mingle and at the same time take the opportunity to improve their badminton skills or help others in the game.
For equipment, you need proper attire (no jeans, no ball caps), a badminton racquet and non-marking court shoes (preferably with some gum soles).
Our club season runs from September to May.
