Chicken Curry Indien Style

 
Ingredients for 6 people:

 
1.2 kg chicken pieces
  cooking fat
  1 tbsp salt 

  fry for 4 min., add salt, remove from pan

  1 onion minced
  1 clove of garlic minced
  1 tbsp ginger

  mix and fry


  1 tbsp ground coriander
  1 tbsp ground cummin
  1 tbsp tumeric
  1 tbsp black pepper
  1 pinch of ground chilies
  2 tbsp curry (e.g. Madras)
  1 dl white wine

  add spices


  1 dl chicken stock
  200 gr. tomato cubes
  180 gr. natural yoghurt

  and simmer for about 40 min.

Chiliprawns

 
Ingredients for 6 people:

 
olive oil
  spring onions
  3 cloves of garlic 

  chop finely
                       

  1-3 chilies
  3 cm ginger

  mix and fry


  1/4 cup white wine
  1 tbsp brown sugar

  add and simmer until it begins to thicken


  500 gr. tomato cubes
  pepper
  750 gr. prawns
  basilicum

  add and simmer gently on a slow fire for
  a few min. until prawns are cooked
