The
policemen that belong to the CTG are called "BUITRES" (Vultures, Buzzards).
They are also called TOMBOS, but I think that Buitres better describes
what they really are, since all they do is hang out in the streats like
vultures waiting for a victim to pass by. Don't think that this is an exageration
or a joke from me. I'm getting into big shit saying the truth here, but
I think there has to be a moment when you say STOP!. That's why I made
this page, to let people know what's going on here, and to let people denounce
the corruption. HERE you can find a list from people telling their stories
of how Buitres have robed, bribed or abused them. It's bassically a guestbook
but I adapted it so you can denounce speciffically the name, rank and number
of the buitre that robed you, without having to give your name. Click HERE

Several corruption scandals have been known to the public in the CTG, from ilegal taxes, to drunk Buitres killing childs with their guns. Including tv shootings of a Buitre drunk and druged shooting his gun to by-passers, the garita del Terminal terrestre Scandal, and many more, a list too big to include here.
Recently
Buitres began to incorporate themselves to the modern world, that means
that now if you don't have money, they'll take you to the ATM, that's a
problem, since before you could tell them "I only have this money" and
they had to take it, but now they answer you "Let's go to the ATM or give
me a check". If you don't have money on the ATM, they will take watches,
jewels, etc. If you don't have that neither, good luck in jail.
Another thing you can notice of buitres is that they are very dirty, have a trashy look and ussually either have a huge beer belly or have the skinny texture of a drug adict. This is no coincidence, since recent statistics have shown that 70% of Buitres are either alcoholic or drug adicts. AND THIS ARE THE PEOPLE THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO UPHOLD THE "LAW".
Well, let me expalin a little about the game.
You start with 100,000 sucres (about $20), your ATM card (in the bank you
have an extra 20,000 Sucres) and your watch. Everytime you fail to shoot
a buitre he'll Steel 20,000 sucres from you. When you run out of money,
the Buitre will take you to the ATM and force you to withdraw all your
money (THIS IS REAL), and if you don't have money, he'll steal your watch
and shoes. When you run out of money you go to jail.
This game is very realistic, so if you don't
like giving money to police you don't have to, but as in real life, the
Buitre will take you to jail on false charges.
One more thing, I'm not encouraging shooting
buitres (neither am I discouraging to do it). This is just a comic shooting
game, but instead of shooting fictional monsters like in DOOM, here you
shoot real monsters.
