Formatting: <ins> & </u>

The <ins> element defines inserted (added) text. The <u> element defines underlined text. Again, this might be all about semantics.

No sticky notes for this one, because I'll never use it! Links are usually underlined, so I try to avoid "unlinkable" underlined text.
